On 25.04.2023, a regular annual General Meeting of BASEL for 2022 was held. 24 of the regular members of the association took part in the meeting, present and with power of attorney. The Annual Activity Report and the Annual Financial Report for 2022, as well as the report of the Control Commission, were adopted with complete unanimity. The members of the BASEL Board of Directors were exempted from responsibility for their activities in 2022. Measures to support the participation of companies in trade exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad were added to the guidelines and program for the activity in 2023. The proposed 2023 budget was unanimously adopted. A change in the headquarters and address of the association was also voted.
During the meeting of the BASEL Board of Directors, presentations were made on the progress in the implementation of the BASEL management tools for the period 2019-2022 (dipl. Eng. Orlin Dimitrov – Executive Director of BASEL), as well as on financing opportunities and support for business development (Vladimir Tomov – Council for Investments at BCCI). Business consultant Kaloyan Kirilov presented information on the topic: "How to sell my company ?" / "Who will inherit my business?" and presented all those present with a set of books.
Three new BASEL member companies had the opportunity to present their activities: Light Construction Ltd., Elin Engineering Ltd. and Scutarion Ltd.
