On May 23, 2022, a meeting was held between the Executive Director of BASEL, Orlin Dimitrov, and the Regional Governor of Shumen, Vladimir Yolov.
The meeting discussed issues related to the development of the electrical industry in Shumen district, joint work on attracting investors for the industrial zone in the city, as well as future cooperation in the activities of the Black Sea Economic Zone Cluster, which involves regional administrations. and the municipalities of Varna, Dobrich, Ruse, Shumen and Razgrad.
