Green technologies are an investment in a more competitive, more modern and more sustainable Bulgarian business. The Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation provides a new opportunity for Bulgarian enterprises under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises". Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can benefit from the procedure as a step towards more efficient, modern and sustainable production or service provision.
The support is aimed at:

➡️ increasing resource efficiency
➡️ implementation of circular business models
The total budget of the procedure is nearly 83 million euros, and the amount of the grant is from 77,000 to 450,000 euros.
Eligible costs include investments in:
➡️ new machinery and equipment
➡️ software and digital solutions
➡️ patents, utility models and industrial designs
➡️ licenses
➡️ services for compliance with environmental standards, including EU Ecolabel
Applications are made entirely online through the UMIS by November 10, 2026, 4:30 p.m.
