The Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (IANMSP) electronically received information and an invitation from the Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry for institutional partnership and participation in the II Bulgarian-Turkish Business Forum with B2B meetings, which will be held in in the period June 9-10, 2023 at Regnum Hotel, Bansko.
The business forum will traditionally be held with the kind cooperation of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Bulgaria, the Association of Commodity Exchanges and Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Turkey (TOVV) and the Bulgarian Investment Agency (BAI).
The traditionally good and fruitful partnership contacts between IANMSP and BTTIK, as a result of which a number of successful business forums and information meetings were held in the country in the past months, contribute effectively to the activation of business relations between the two countries. The geographical proximity between the two countries and the related historical past are an additional condition and prerequisite for relatively easy contacts between companies from the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Turkey.
The forum is being held for the second time in Bulgaria and focuses on business opportunities and partnerships between the Balkan countries. The event will bring together representatives of a diverse range of businesses in various economic sectors, entrepreneurs, investors and politicians from Bulgaria, Turkey and other Balkan countries to discuss and explore business opportunities in the region.
The main focus of the forum will be the sectors: automotive, parts for the automotive sector, construction, metals, machinery, paper, furniture, energy, packaging, food, IT, textiles, consulting services, healthcare, cosmetics, plastics, tourist services.
The 2nd Bulgarian-Turkish Business Forum with B2B meetings, organized by BTTIK in partnership with IANMSP, will provide an opportunity to exchange valuable experience, ideas, expertise and good practices, as well as to create fruitful business contacts and reveal new opportunities for business and development in the country and the region.
Within the program of the business forum, discussion round tables will be held on thematic segments relevant to both countries: Energy and green solutions, Automotive industry, Opportunities for European financing, including European programs and financial instruments in the new program period 2021-2027, as well as and opportunities for cross-border cooperation (Interreg).
