On June 28, 2022, a meeting was held between Dr. Vladimir Yolov, regional governor of Shumen, and Dr. Mitko Vassilev, representative of Bavaria in Bulgaria and chief manager of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and Armin Shvimbek, director of the Directorate " Europe and fairs" in the Bavarian Ministry of Economy, Regional Development and Energy.
The German representatives are in Shumen on the occasion of the "Bavaria - Bulgaria: Business Opportunities and Prospects" Information Forum. During the meeting in the regional administration, in which the executive director of BASEL, Orlin Dimitrov, also participated, possibilities for attracting German investments and future cooperation projects were discussed.
