At its meeting on March 8, 2022, the Management Board of BASEL elected Tanyo Tanev, an authorized representative of CERB EAD, as Chairman, and Ivo Rusev, legal representative of CIBEL Ltd, as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of BASEL.
