On November 4, 2025, a national meeting under the title "From Science to Innovation" was held in the "John Atanasov" Hall of Sofia Tech Park, organized bу the Executive Agency “Programme Education”. The main goal of the meeting was to present the opportunities for cooperation between new scientific centers of excellence and centers of competence with business through the provision of research and development services, joint cooperation and technology transfer.
The event's program includes presentations and discussions in three thematic panels:
1. "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies", 2. "Healthy Living and Biotechnology Industry" and 3. "Informatics and ICT" and "New Technologies in Creative and Recreational Industries".
An exhibition of the centers was also held within the framework of the meeting, where companies were introduced to the work, achievements and field of activity of each scientific center.
The event was attended by representatives of the European Commission, the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, the Ministry of Education and Science, industry organizations, business organizations, as well as representatives of state institutions and businesses.
