Dear ladies and gentlemen,
The Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (IANMSP), together with the Bulgarian Association of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (BASEL), are organizing a Business Forum "Electroindustry 2024" with networking, which will be held on April 11, 2024 in the "Sredets" hall at Sofia Balkan Palace Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel), Sofia.
As an industry with history and traditions in the Bulgarian economy, representing all aspects of the electrical, electronic and related industries, the sector is high-tech, with a rich and dynamic portfolio and a serious contribution to the technological progress and export potential of Bulgaria. In recent years, there has been a threefold increase in the volume of production in this branch, which constitutes 10% of the entire Bulgarian processing industry. In terms of generated exports, the sector is in first place with a share of 11% of Bulgaria's total exports.
The event on April 11, 2024 is oriented towards small and medium-sized enterprises and the possibilities for their technological development and will offer a platform for the exchange of experience, innovations and good practices. Established Bulgarian and foreign speakers and panelists, with leading positions in the field of digital transformation, green transition and electromobility, will present innovations and the benefit of their implementation in these areas of the economy.
Participants in the discussion panels "Digital Transformation", "Green Transition", "Electromobility" and "Successful examples from the electricity industry internationally" will introduce all attendees to the relevance of each production process to the electricity industry and the benefits it can provide in development and modernizing enterprises and increasing their global competitiveness.
The bilateral business meetings and networking provided in the second part of the forum will provide an optimal opportunity to establish good partnerships for mutually beneficial business with companies from Europe and the region of the Balkan Peninsula, as well as with representatives of the commercial and economic sections of the foreign embassies in Bulgaria.
